Donation Refund Guidelines
Donations made to Sri Shiva Shanmukha Charitable Trust are voluntary contributions towards charitable, religious and social service activities and are generally non-refundable.
In the event of duplicate transactions, technical payment errors or incorrect debits, donors may submit a refund request for review.
Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days from the date of transaction together with transaction details and supporting information.
Each request will be reviewed individually by the Trust. Approval or rejection of refund requests shall be at the sole discretion of the Trust after verification.
If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible.
The Trust reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy without prior notice.
